Teddy had it right

Filed under: How things should be. — admin @ 7:33 pm

I get sick and tired of hearing the BS about other countries not liking us… I will not go out of my way to make them dislike me, but if they don’t like me (or us) for who we are…. why should we care?

When people say “I have traveled to many countries and they don’t like us”… I say “Then they are idiots!” If I were to make the equally ignorant comment of “I don’t like Mexicans” or “I don’t like Canadians” or “I don’t like Iraqis” I would be an idiot too. Anyone who would make a statement like that is a fool and needs a slap in the mush.

Here is Teddy’s take on it:

TEDDY ROOSEVELT on immigration

“In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant
who comes here in good faith becomes an American and
assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact
equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to
discriminate against any such man because of creed or
birthplace, or origin.”

“But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in
every facet, an American, and nothing but an American…
There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who
says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an
American at all. We have room for but one flag, the
American flag… We have room for but one language here,
and that is the English language… and we have room for
but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American
people.”

How BO won the election.

The people’s perception of BO and the other players Palin, McCain and Bidin come straight from the media! The media and stupid people elected our president. SAD state we all live in when the idiots in this video (and the rejects from my previous post) choose who our president is.

If you can’t see YouTube at work, you can download the video here How BO got elected.

BOs code phrase “Price Signal”… in other words, more Socialism

Filed under: Obama's Fault,Reflections on BO being elected — Tags: , , , , — admin @ 5:58 pm

The most merciful lord BO has once again been revealed as the Socialist that he is. Back in 2007 he commented on how he thinks we should lower our energy consumption. He thinks it is the Government’s job to control prices…to control us. Listen closely to his words. He believes the middle class on up should pay extra for electricity so that the poor and fixed income can pay less or pay nothing. If you don’t believe me… believe him. Price Signals from Obama

He thinks the gas prices are to low and he should raise the prices to curb our use of fuel, to get us to drive less.

  • Is this how we, the free citizens of the United States want to be controlled?
  • Where is the outrage from our elected officials?
  • Did you or elect people to determine prices of utilities and gas?
  • Did we elect people to determine what each person’s per kilowatt charge should be based on what they consider poor or rich?

Be afraid!

Obama Helps Economy…….But at what price?

As Obama appeared headed for victory, sales of guns in October jumped 15%. November figures are not available yet but appear to be heading in the direction of a 25% increase and some places are seeing sales increase over 60%. Since BO’s win assault rifles are pouring out of gun shops. Guns are not cheap folks. Why the surge in gun purchases in the middle of a poor economy? Fear! Many people are concerned their 2nd Ammendment rights may be infringed upon with Obama as prez.

“My handgun sales — and especially the clip guns like AK-47, AR-15 and the Sega big-clip shotguns and rifles — are up probably 30 percent,” said Clint Cornett, owner of C&S Gun & Pawn Shop in Springdale. “Our sales would be up even more, but we can’t get the product. It’s a problem nationwide.” Cornett said shoppers tell him they want to buy handguns and semiautomatic tactical weapons now because they think a Democratic president and majority Democratic Congress will ban those weapons.

God agrees with the “Right”

I wondered if I was wrong in my so called “right wing” views… but now I see God agrees with me.

Ecc 10:2  A wise man’s heart directs him toward the right, but the foolish man’s heart directs him toward the left.

There are plenty of “foolish” people in both major parties, but anyone who believes in the foundational views of the Left is a FOOL!

Obama is late for his 1st press conference

Once again BOs character shows through. He treated his position as Senator with contempt and showed NO respect for others by consistently showing up late for hearings. See the video below.

11:47 a.m. Obama, who was known for being punctual on the campaign trail, is now nearly 20 minutes late for his first press conference as president-elect.”

Obama’s First Press Conference… Late again…. go figure!

Who wanted BO for POTUS?

It is very revealing of a person’s character, when you see who likes them. Who will give them money, attach their name to them publicly, who will endorse them, who will speak for them.

Maybe it is just me, but even when it comes to a job reference, I will not endorse anyone I don’t like or respect or that I don’t think will do a good job. If I am going to stake my name on someone, I must truly be confident they are who they say they are and I must agree with them on the big issues.

BO was and is endorsed by the worst America has to offer, (Well at least outside of prison.) and the worst the world has to offer. Really the scum of the earth…. Amazing that free people sided with this refuse!

Thinking ahead to better days to come…God willing!

According to BO… our bills will go up.

One of lord BO’s campaign promises.

When I was asked earlier about the issue of coal…under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket…even regardless of what I say about whether coal is good or bad, because I’m capping greenhouse gasses, coal power plants, natural gas…you name it…whatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to retro-fit their operations. That will cost money…they will pass that money on to the consumers.”

We got what we wanted??? NOT ME!

Filed under: Reflections on BO being elected — admin @ 8:36 pm

The following was something my wife and I had discussed and this was written by a friend from a discussion group I belong to:

Today I was reflecting that originally God had not planned to have a
king over Israel, but the people cried out for one so they could “be
like the other nations around them.” God gave them what they wanted
and truly what they deserved, but warned them that they might not be
so happy with what they got. They had a few good kings, but suffered
under many harsh and evil kings, high taxes, and bloody wars.

Today, many are clamouring for socialism to be “like the nations
around us”. But like their failed and ailing systems, we too will
learn that it doesn’t work, never has, never would, and truly never
could! The human heart and our weak nature ensures that. In every
society, there will always be a group of “producers” in society, who
through innovation and hard work produce valuable jobs, goods and
services; and others who would live off their efforts. Socialism
always kills creativity and productivity, and individual achievement.
The health-care system of the European socialist nations has not
turned out like it was promised or they had hoped for. Canadians as
well come across the border in droves because their government run
system has failed them. Truly, the founders of this nation never
intended or envisioned a cradle to grave society where government
provides for all the needs of the people.

Obama already effecting economy

Immediately following every election of a new President, it is always interesting to look at how the market reacts to an incoming president. The day of the election the market went up 305 points due to an optimistic outlook. The day after the election that Obama won, the market dropped 486 points, the largest post election drop in the history of this great nation.

Not even sworn in and the man is killing my 401k.
God help us all.

Change that counts….

Filed under: Reflections on BO being elected — Tags: , , — admin @ 8:47 pm

I made the mistake of betting with a liberal friend of mine on the election…. $20…..

Not being a liberal myself I made good on my bet, but I had a few ideas on how to pay him. First I thought of taking the $20 and taking a picture of myself giving it to a homeless person. I figured he is supporting a socialist so he would obviously agree with me doing this.

My second idea was what I did. I got $20 in nickels and pennies and made a sign that said “Change you can count on”. I placed the sign on his desk and then dumped out the change. In retrospect, I should have done both. $10 in pennies and $10 to the homeless….

Only Fair………

Filed under: Reflections on BO being elected — Jeff @ 6:46 pm

I awoke this morning in hopes that my nightmare was just that….A Nightmare. Unfortunately listening to the radio on the way to work confirmed my nightmare was a reality.

The Great Depression, Pearl Harbor, slavery, and September 11. These are but a few of the horrific events in American history. We can now add the election of Barrack Hussein Obama to this list. Never before have we seen a man who is less experienced and less qualified to be President of the United States.

But the fact remains that for at least the next 4 years he is my President and I will respect the office presidency (unlike the hateful liberals have with Bush). Has Bush been perfect? NO. He has spent like a liberal but nothing compared to what Obama’s plans will cost. For the better part of 4 years I have had to endure Bush being blamed for absolutely everything under the sun and given credit for absolutely nothing. It is now time for Obama to step up to the plate and take it like man. When gas prices rise it will be his fault, when taxes rise it will be his fault, when terror strikes the US again it will be his fault. When it rains on the day I want to play golf it will be his fault.

Lets keep an eye on what happens, its only fair…………………………

The standard!

Today is a dark day in US History. I was trying to think back to a time when something worse happened in American history…. worse in the possible long reaching effects and the incredible deviation from what our founding fathers intended for this land. What is this event… The American People have elected a Socialist radical that is without character… well at least good character.

During this election, I have argued and discussed with many liberals who’s only argument for supporting BO was “Look at what Bush did” or “Our country is messed up because of Bush”. When facts are brought up about why our economy is broken, and why we went to war, and why other countries hate us(so they say) their only response is “It happened on Bush’s watch.

SO…. with that standard in mind. We shall start listing all the things that go bad on BO’s watch. And being Liberals are not hypocritical and will not hold BO to a different standard they should fully embrace what we document here for the next 4 years”.
