The truth be told….

One of my interests is nutrition… not faddish new ways to loose weight or the latest so called super food, but looking at what history has taught us. How did our ancestors live and survive and flourish before we had all the convenient foods of our modern societies. There is a great book called “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration” by Weston A Price in 1939. (www.westonaprice.org) The book is about the doctor’s studies of remote ancient people, their health compared with that of people of the same genetic stock who had adopted modern foods (white sugar and flour, etc), and the findings from these studies.

In the book he quotes a study that was done in 1935 by Donald Laird “The Tail That Wags the Nation,”. It he states: “The country’s average level of general ability sinks lower with each generation. Should the ballot be restricted to citizens able to take care of themselves? One out of four cannot. . . . The tail is now wagging Washington, and Wall St. and LaSalle Street. . . . Each generation has seen some lowering of the American average level of general ability.”
Dr. Price’s reason for quoting this was to show the increasing decline in the mental and moral capabilities of people living on modern diets. How there is an increase in crime, anti-social behavior, birth defects (all types from narrow palates, narrowing hips, lack of immunity to illness, ability to reproduce, ease of child birth and mental retardation etc). Dr. Price said “After one has lived among the primitive racial stocks in different parts of the world and studied them in their isolation, few impressions can be more vivid than that of the absence of prisons and asylums.’ He continued: ‘Few, if any, of the problems which confront modern civilization are more serious and disturbing than the progressive increase in the percentage of individuals with unsocial traits and a lack of responsibility.” Back then, they estimated one in four could not take care of themselves… what is it today?

What have we elected???

Keeping par for the course… the course I speak of is Illinois politics, we have another rat caught.

Rat Brothers

Rat Brothers

Living in Florida near citrus trees you always have the possibility of citrus rats being around. In our 7th year being in Florida, we have our first ones in our garage. YUCK. We set traps and we have caught 6 so far. They remind me of a politician. Incapable of resisting the food in the traps. I set the traps in the same place every day and every day now the stupid things go right to the bait. The night before their family member was killed doing the same thing.  Politicians are very similar…

In Illinois three of the past seven governors have gone to jail. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ILLINOIS? This is a corrupt government… now that sounds a bit repetitive, but even among rats…. these are the “rattiest”.

Tony Rezko, (buddy of BO) and this scum bag governor ROD BLAGOJEVICH were associates. Look at some of the stuff this guy is accused of doing: Trying to sell BO’s vacated seat to the highest bidder (and on a side note, looks like BO only offered a pat on the back and a few paid seats on corporate boards for Blogo’s wife.), efforts to fire his critics at the Chicago Tribune, withhold money from a children’s hospital unless its executive contributed to his campaign, etc.

Now let’s look at BO… How is he going to clean up Washington?  You usually hire a person for a job based on his/her history and work experience. What efforts did he make to clean up Illinois? NONE he befriended the scum of Chicago. The worst that politics and the US has to offer are friends of this “man” we elected to lead with honor and truthfulness. We elected EXACTLY what we see in Illinois politics today. A lying, narosis politician that will damage America.

God save us.

The people’s perception of BO and the other players Palin, McCain and Bidin come straight from the media! The media and stupid people elected our president. SAD state we all live in when the idiots in this video (and the rejects from my previous post) choose who our president is.

If you can’t see YouTube at work, you can download the video here How BO got elected.

BOs code phrase “Price Signal”… in other words, more Socialism

Filed under: Obama's Fault,Reflections on BO being elected — Tags: , , , , — admin @ 5:58 pm

The most merciful lord BO has once again been revealed as the Socialist that he is. Back in 2007 he commented on how he thinks we should lower our energy consumption. He thinks it is the Government’s job to control prices…to control us. Listen closely to his words. He believes the middle class on up should pay extra for electricity so that the poor and fixed income can pay less or pay nothing. If you don’t believe me… believe him. Price Signals from Obama

He thinks the gas prices are to low and he should raise the prices to curb our use of fuel, to get us to drive less.

  • Is this how we, the free citizens of the United States want to be controlled?
  • Where is the outrage from our elected officials?
  • Did you or elect people to determine prices of utilities and gas?
  • Did we elect people to determine what each person’s per kilowatt charge should be based on what they consider poor or rich?

Be afraid!

God agrees with the “Right”

I wondered if I was wrong in my so called “right wing” views… but now I see God agrees with me.

Ecc 10:2  A wise man’s heart directs him toward the right, but the foolish man’s heart directs him toward the left.

There are plenty of “foolish” people in both major parties, but anyone who believes in the foundational views of the Left is a FOOL!

Obama is late for his 1st press conference

Once again BOs character shows through. He treated his position as Senator with contempt and showed NO respect for others by consistently showing up late for hearings. See the video below.

11:47 a.m. Obama, who was known for being punctual on the campaign trail, is now nearly 20 minutes late for his first press conference as president-elect.”

Obama’s First Press Conference… Late again…. go figure!

Who wanted BO for POTUS?

It is very revealing of a person’s character, when you see who likes them. Who will give them money, attach their name to them publicly, who will endorse them, who will speak for them.

Maybe it is just me, but even when it comes to a job reference, I will not endorse anyone I don’t like or respect or that I don’t think will do a good job. If I am going to stake my name on someone, I must truly be confident they are who they say they are and I must agree with them on the big issues.

BO was and is endorsed by the worst America has to offer, (Well at least outside of prison.) and the worst the world has to offer. Really the scum of the earth…. Amazing that free people sided with this refuse!

Thinking ahead to better days to come…God willing!

We got what we wanted??? NOT ME!

Filed under: Reflections on BO being elected — admin @ 8:36 pm

The following was something my wife and I had discussed and this was written by a friend from a discussion group I belong to:

Today I was reflecting that originally God had not planned to have a
king over Israel, but the people cried out for one so they could “be
like the other nations around them.” God gave them what they wanted
and truly what they deserved, but warned them that they might not be
so happy with what they got. They had a few good kings, but suffered
under many harsh and evil kings, high taxes, and bloody wars.

Today, many are clamouring for socialism to be “like the nations
around us”. But like their failed and ailing systems, we too will
learn that it doesn’t work, never has, never would, and truly never
could! The human heart and our weak nature ensures that. In every
society, there will always be a group of “producers” in society, who
through innovation and hard work produce valuable jobs, goods and
services; and others who would live off their efforts. Socialism
always kills creativity and productivity, and individual achievement.
The health-care system of the European socialist nations has not
turned out like it was promised or they had hoped for. Canadians as
well come across the border in droves because their government run
system has failed them. Truly, the founders of this nation never
intended or envisioned a cradle to grave society where government
provides for all the needs of the people.

Change that counts….

Filed under: Reflections on BO being elected — Tags: , , — admin @ 8:47 pm

I made the mistake of betting with a liberal friend of mine on the election…. $20…..

Not being a liberal myself I made good on my bet, but I had a few ideas on how to pay him. First I thought of taking the $20 and taking a picture of myself giving it to a homeless person. I figured he is supporting a socialist so he would obviously agree with me doing this.

My second idea was what I did. I got $20 in nickels and pennies and made a sign that said “Change you can count on”. I placed the sign on his desk and then dumped out the change. In retrospect, I should have done both. $10 in pennies and $10 to the homeless….

Only Fair………

Filed under: Reflections on BO being elected — Jeff @ 6:46 pm

I awoke this morning in hopes that my nightmare was just that….A Nightmare. Unfortunately listening to the radio on the way to work confirmed my nightmare was a reality.

The Great Depression, Pearl Harbor, slavery, and September 11. These are but a few of the horrific events in American history. We can now add the election of Barrack Hussein Obama to this list. Never before have we seen a man who is less experienced and less qualified to be President of the United States.

But the fact remains that for at least the next 4 years he is my President and I will respect the office presidency (unlike the hateful liberals have with Bush). Has Bush been perfect? NO. He has spent like a liberal but nothing compared to what Obama’s plans will cost. For the better part of 4 years I have had to endure Bush being blamed for absolutely everything under the sun and given credit for absolutely nothing. It is now time for Obama to step up to the plate and take it like man. When gas prices rise it will be his fault, when taxes rise it will be his fault, when terror strikes the US again it will be his fault. When it rains on the day I want to play golf it will be his fault.

Lets keep an eye on what happens, its only fair…………………………

The standard!

Today is a dark day in US History. I was trying to think back to a time when something worse happened in American history…. worse in the possible long reaching effects and the incredible deviation from what our founding fathers intended for this land. What is this event… The American People have elected a Socialist radical that is without character… well at least good character.

During this election, I have argued and discussed with many liberals who’s only argument for supporting BO was “Look at what Bush did” or “Our country is messed up because of Bush”. When facts are brought up about why our economy is broken, and why we went to war, and why other countries hate us(so they say) their only response is “It happened on Bush’s watch.

SO…. with that standard in mind. We shall start listing all the things that go bad on BO’s watch. And being Liberals are not hypocritical and will not hold BO to a different standard they should fully embrace what we document here for the next 4 years”.
